High Speed Rigid Frame Stranding Machine with Separating Motor Transmission
1. Application:
The JLK series rigid frame stranding machine is expertly designed for stranding copper or aluminum wires, as well as round or sector compact conductors. Additionally, it excels in pre-twisting, compacting, and stranding of sector conductors.
2. Main features:
1> High stranding speed: Featuring the latest frame structure stranding cages, a robust seamless steel tube main shaft, precision-cast iron gearbox, transmission gears treated with advanced grinding processes, a durable casting steel stranding drum, and a casting iron capstan. These components collectively enhance the rigidness of stranding cages, the strength of the transmission system, the cage rotation speed, and overall production efficiency.
2> Synchronous function: The machine allows various cages equipped with different bobbins to combine freely based on stranding requirements. Each cage can be fitted with a synchronous pipe to strand more wires, making the machine highly versatile and multifunctional.
3> Single wire pre-former: Each cage is equipped with a single wire pre-former, ensuring smooth and compacted cross sections of stranded wires.
4> Convenient for overall auto loading: Incorporating a state-of-the-art side bottom auto loading device that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also easy to maintain. This significantly enhances the efficiency of loading and unloading processes.
5> Excellent performance of separate motor transmission: By utilizing separate motor transmission instead of traditional gearbox and ground shaft transmission, the machine simplifies the mechanical system, reduces maintenance difficulty, energy consumption, and noise. The separate motor transmission allows for continuously adjustable pitch, which improves manufacturing technology. The system is controlled by imported PLCs and features an imported touch-screen for online display and data setting. Additionally, the imported motor speed regulator ensures reliable performance and high control accuracy.
6> Accurate synchronization of ground shaft transmission: Once the gearbox gear ratio is set, the proportional relationship between the cage rotation speed and the take-up speed remains constant. This ensures that the stranding pitch remains unchanged during machine start-up, operation, and stop phases, guaranteeing precise synchronization of each cage and a user-friendly electrical control system.
