1> High Stranding Speed: By adopting the latest frame structure in stranding cages, a thick-walled seamless steel tube main shaft, a cast iron gearbox, grinding-treated transmission gears, a cast steel stranding drum, and a cast iron capstan, this design significantly enhances the rigidity of the stranding cages, the strength of the transmission system, the cage rotation speed, and overall production efficiency.
2> Synchronous Function: Tailored to different stranding requirements, cages with various bobbins can be freely combined. Each cage can be equipped with a synchronous pipe to strand more wires, achieving multi-functionality within a single machine.
3> Single Wire Pre-Former : Each cage is fitted with a single wire pre-former that ensures smooth and compact cross-stranding.
4> Convenient Overall Auto Loading: Featuring the latest side-bottom auto-loading device, this machine is not only aesthetically pleasing and easy to maintain but also significantly boosts the efficiency of loading and unloading.
5> Superior Performance of Separate Motor Transmission: Adopting separate motor transmission in place of traditional gearbox and ground shaft transmission simplifies the mechanical system, reduces maintenance difficulty, energy consumption, and workshop noise. This innovative system allows for continuously adjustable pitch, enhancing manufacturing technology. The machine employs an imported PLC to command and coordinate the entire line and an imported touch-screen for online display and technical data settings. Additionally, the imported motor speed regulator provides reliable performance and high control accuracy.
6> Precise Synchronization of Ground Shaft Transmission: Once the gearbox gear ratio is set, the strict proportional relationship between cage rotation speed and take-up speed is fixed, ensuring the stranding pitch remains constant throughout machine start, run, and stop phases. This guarantees accurate synchronization of each cage and an easy-to-operate electrical control system.
