3. Features: 1> The cradle-type bobbins pay-off stand and bobbins of the twisting cage are independently motor-driven. The bobbins are clamped by an ejector needle with bidirectional movement, and a bracket is used to facilitate easy loading and unloading.
2> The bobbins within the twisting cage can be pre-twisted, and the cable's angle can be adjusted according to production requirements for maximum flexibility.
3> The back-twisting method employs a differential gear, allowing the cradle-type pay-off stand and the twisting cage to function with or without back-twisting as needed.
4> The ground axis and chain transmission system are utilized for the 1+1 type cradle pay-off stand, significantly reducing bow deformation during cable passage.
