Introducing the JLK Series Rigid Frame Stranding Machine
1. Application:
Our JLK series rigid frame stranding machine is designed for the stranding of copper or aluminum wires, as well as round or sector compact conductors. It also excels in pre-twisting, compacting, and stranding sector conductors, ensuring versatility and high performance.
2. Main Features:
1> High Stranding Speed: By adopting the latest frame structure stranding cages, a thick-wall seamless steel tube main shaft, cast iron gearbox, precision-ground transmission gears, cast steel stranding drum, and cast iron capstan, we've significantly enhanced the rigidity of the stranding cages, the strength of the transmission system, the rotational speed of the cages, and overall production efficiency.
2> Synchronous Function: Our machine allows for the free combination of cages with different bobbins to meet various stranding requirements. Each cage is equipped with a synchronous pipe, enabling the stranding of multiple wires and providing multi-functionality in a single machine.
3> Single Wire Pre-Former Each cage includes a single wire pre-former, ensuring that the cross-section of the stranded wires is smooth and compact.
4> Convenient Overall Auto Loading: The latest side bottom auto-loading device not only looks great but also makes maintenance easy, significantly increasing the efficiency of loading and unloading processes.
5> Superior Separate Motor Transmission Performance: By adopting a separate motor transmission instead of the traditional gearbox and ground shaft transmission, we've simplified the mechanical system, reduced maintenance difficulty, and decreased energy consumption and workshop noise. The separate motor transmission allows for continuous pitch adjustment, enhancing manufacturing technology. An imported PLC commands and coordinates the whole line, while an imported touch-screen displays and sets technical data online. The imported motor speed regulator ensures reliable performance and high control accuracy.
6> Accurate Synchronization of Ground Shaft Transmission: Once the gearbox gear ratio is set, there is a strict proportional relationship between the cage rotating speed and the take-up speed, ensuring that the stranding pitch remains consistent during starting, running, and stopping. This guarantees accurate synchronization of each cage and an easy-to-operate electrical control system.
