JLK-630 Rigid Frame Stranding Machine for Sector Conductor
1. Application:
The JLK series rigid frame stranding machine is expertly designed for stranding copper or aluminum wires, whether round or sector compact conductors. It is also versatile for pre-twisting, compacting, and stranding sector conductors.
2. Main features:
1> High stranding speed: Leveraging the latest frame structure stranding cages, thick wall seamless steel tube main shaft, cast iron gearbox, grinding-treated transmission gears, cast steel stranding drum, and cast iron capstan, this design significantly enhances the rigidness of the stranding cages, the strength of the transmission system, the rotation speed of the cage, and overall production efficiency.
2> Synchronous function: Based on different stranding requirements, cages with various bobbins can be freely combined. Each cage can be equipped with a synchronous pipe for stranding more wires, enabling the multi-functionality of a single machine.
3> Single wire pre-former: Each cage is equipped with a single wire pre-former, ensuring that the cross-section of stranded wires is smooth and compact.
4> Convenient overall auto loading: Utilizing the latest side bottom auto loading device, which is aesthetically pleasing and easy to maintain, this design significantly improves the efficiency of loading and unloading.
5> Excellent performance of separate motor transmission: By adopting separate motor transmission instead of the traditional gearbox and ground shaft transmission, this innovation simplifies the complex mechanical system, reduces maintenance difficulty, lowers energy consumption, and decreases workshop noise. The separate motor transmission allows for continuously adjustable pitch, enhancing manufacturing technology. The machine also features an imported PLC for commanding and coordinating the entire line, an imported touch-screen for displaying and setting technical data online, and an imported motor speed regulator with reliable performance and high control accuracy.
6> Accurate synchronization of ground shaft transmission: Once the gear ratio of the gearbox is set, the strict proportional relationship between the cage rotating speed and the take-up speed is fixed, ensuring that the stranding pitch remains unchanged during starting, running, and stopping of the machines. This guarantees the precise synchronization of each cage and an easy-to-operate electrical control system.
