The rigid frame stranding machine is expertly engineered for the stranding of copper or aluminum wires, as well as round or sector compact conductors. It also excels in pre-twisting, compacting, and stranding of sector conductors.

1> High Stranding Speed: Utilizing the latest frame structure for stranding cages, a robust thick-wall seamless steel tube main shaft, precision-cast iron gearbox, ground transmission gears, cast steel stranding drum, and cast iron capstan, this design significantly enhances the rigidity of the stranding cages, the strength of the transmission system, the cage's rotational speed, and overall production efficiency.
2> Synchronous Function: Designed to accommodate various stranding requirements, cages with different bobbins can be freely combined. Each cage can be equipped with a synchronous pipe to strand more wires, achieving multifunctionality in a single machine.
3> Single Wire Pre-Former: Each cage is equipped with a single wire pre-former to ensure the stranded wires are smooth and compact.
4> User-Friendly Auto Loading: Featuring the latest side-bottom auto-loading device, this system is aesthetically pleasing, easy to maintain, and greatly improves loading and unloading efficiency.
5> Superior Separate Motor Transmission Performance: By adopting separate motor transmission instead of the traditional gearbox and ground shaft system, this machine simplifies the mechanical structure, reduces maintenance complexity, lowers energy consumption, and decreases noise levels. The separate motor transmission allows for continuously adjustable pitch, enhancing the manufacturing process.
