JL-630/12+18+24 High Speed Cage Type Stranding Machine
1. Application:
This advanced machine is primarily designed for stranding various kinds of insulated wires. It is also adept at twisting copper wires and aluminum wires with back-twisting, and is capable of creating steel armoring for power cables.

2. Main Features:
1> 100% Back-Twist Stranding: Utilizing a fully geared back-twist mechanism, this machine achieves 100% back-twist stranding with precision.
2> High Stranding Speed: The stranding cages employ gear back-twist while the center main shaft is made from a seamless steel tube, supported by large bearings at both ends. The gearbox body is crafted from iron cast, with transmission gears processed through grinding treatment. The tracking capstan is also made of cast iron, with a ground shaft and gearbox transmission replacing chain connections. These design elements greatly enhance the rigidity of the stranding cages, the strength of the transmission system, and the rotational speed of the cages, ensuring exceptional productivity.
3> Accurate Synchronization of Ground Shaft Transmission: Once the gear ratio of the gearbox is set, the strict proportional relationship between the cage rotating speed and the haul-off speed is fixed, ensuring that the stranding pitch remains consistent throughout production. This guarantees accurate synchronization of each cage and simplifies operations in the electrical control system.
