1. Application:
The rigid frame stranding machine is expertly designed for stranding copper or aluminum wires, whether in round or sector compact forms. It can also be utilized for pre-twisting, compacting, and stranding of sector conductors.
2. Main Features:
1> High Stranding Speed: By incorporating the latest frame structure stranding cages, a robust, thick-walled, seamless steel tube main shaft, cast iron gearbox, precision-ground transmission gears, cast steel stranding drum, and cast iron capstan, this design significantly enhances the rigidity of the stranding cages, the strength of the transmission system, the cage rotating speed, and overall production efficiency.
2> Synchronous Function: Depending on different stranding requirements, the cages with varying bobbins can be combined freely. Each cage can be equipped with a synchronous pipe to strand more wires, thus realizing the multifunctionality of a single machine.
3> Single Wire Pre-Former: Each cage is equipped with a single wire pre-former that ensures smooth and compacted cross-section of the stranded wires.
4> Convenient Overall Auto Loading: Featuring the latest side-bottom auto loading device, this design not only looks appealing but also simplifies maintenance, significantly boosting the efficiency of loading and unloading.
5> Excellent Performance with Separate Motor Transmission: Utilizing separate motor transmission instead of the traditional gearbox and ground shaft transmission, this approach simplifies the mechanical system, reduces maintenance complexity, lowers energy consumption, and minimizes workshop noise. The separate motor transmission allows for continuously adjustable pitch, enhancing manufacturing technology. It includes an imported PLC for commanding and coordinating the entire production line and an imported touch-screen for online display and setting of technical data. Additionally, it features an imported motor speed regulator with reliable performance and high control accuracy.
6> Accurate Synchronization of Ground Shaft Transmission: Once the gear ratio of the gearbox is set, the strict proportional relationship between the cage rotating speed and the take-up speed is fixed, ensuring that the stranding pitch remains consistent throughout the machine's start-up, operation, and stopping phases. This guarantees precise synchronization of each cage and an easily operated electrical control system.
