1. Application:

2> Synchronous function: Tailored to meet various stranding requirements, the cages equipped with different bobbins can be freely combined. Each cage can be fitted with a synchronous pipe to strand more wires, thus achieving multi-functionality in one machine.
3> Single wire pre-former Each cage is equipped with a single wire pre-former, ensuring a smooth and compact cross-section of the stranded wires.
4> Convenient overall auto loading: Featuring the latest side bottom auto-loading device, which boasts a sleek appearance and ease of maintenance, this device significantly improves loading and unloading efficiency.
5> Excellent performance of separate motor transmission: Opting for separate motor transmission over the traditional gearbox and ground shaft system, this design simplifies the mechanical structure, reduces maintenance difficulty, energy consumption, and workshop noise. The separate motor transmission allows for continuously adjustable pitch, enhancing manufacturing technology. Utilizing imported PLCs for comprehensive command and coordination of the entire line, along with imported touch-screens for online display and technical data settings, and imported motor speed regulators for reliable performance and high control accuracy.
6> Accurate synchronization of ground shaft transmission: Once the gearbox gear ratio is set, the strict proportional relationship between cage rotation speed and take-up speed remains constant during machine start-up, operation, and stopping, ensuring accurate synchronization of each cage with an easy-to-operate electrical control system.
