1> Exceptional Stranding Speed: This machine incorporates the latest frame structure stranding cages, a robust thick-wall seamless steel tube main shaft, precision casting iron gearbox, meticulously ground transmission gears, high-strength casting steel stranding drum, and durable casting iron capstan. These advanced features significantly enhance the rigidity of the stranding cages, the strength of the transmission system, the rotational speed of the cage, and overall production efficiency.
2> Versatile Synchronous Function: Tailored to diverse stranding requirements, this machine allows for the flexible combination of cages with different bobbins. Each cage can be equipped with a synchronous pipe to strand more wires, thus realizing the multi-functionality of a single machine.
3> Single Wire Pre-former : Each cage is outfitted with a single wire pre-former, ensuring that the stranded cross-section is smooth and compact.
4> Effortless Overall Auto Loading: The machine features the latest side bottom auto loading device, which not only boasts an attractive appearance but also offers convenient maintenance. This design significantly enhances the efficiency of loading and unloading processes.
5> Superior Separate Motor Transmission Performance: By adopting separate motor transmission instead of the traditional gearbox and ground shaft transmission, the system is simplified, reducing maintenance complexity, energy consumption, and workshop noise. The separate motor transmission allows for continuously adjustable pitch, enhancing manufacturing technology. The machine uses an imported PLC for line coordination and an imported touch-screen for online technical data display and adjustment. Additionally, an imported motor speed regulator ensures reliable performance and high control accuracy.
6> Precise Synchronization of Ground Shaft Transmission: Once the gearbox gear ratio is set, a strict proportional relationship between the cage rotating speed and the take-up speed is established. This ensures that the stranding pitch remains consistent throughout the starting, running, and stopping of the machine, guaranteeing precise synchronization of each cage and an easy-to-operate electrical control system.
