The JLK series rigid frame stranding machine is expertly designed for stranding copper or aluminum wires, including round or sector compact conductors. Its versatility extends to pre-twisting, compacting, and stranding of sector conductors.
2. Main features:
1> High stranding speed: By incorporating the latest frame structure stranding cages, a robust seamless steel tube main shaft, precision-cast iron gearbox, ground transmission gears, cast steel stranding drum, and cast iron capstan, the machine significantly enhances cage rigidity, transmission strength, rotating speed, and production efficiency.
2> Synchronous function: This innovative machine allows for flexible cage combinations with various bobbins, each equipped with a synchronous pipe for stranding additional wires, thereby achieving multi-functionality in one unit.
3> Single wire pre-former : Each cage is fitted with a single wire pre-former, ensuring the stranded wires are smooth and compact.
4> Convenient overall auto-loading: Featuring a state-of-the-art side bottom auto-loading device, the machine is aesthetically pleasing, easy to maintain, and significantly improves loading and unloading efficiency.
5> Excellent performance of separate motor transmission: Utilizing separate motor transmission instead of the traditional gearbox and ground shaft setup simplifies the mechanical system, reduces maintenance difficulty, energy consumption, and workshop noise. The adjustable pitch feature enhances manufacturing technology. The machine integrates an imported PLC for comprehensive line control and an imported touch-screen for real-time technical data display and adjustments. Additionally, the imported motor speed regulator ensures reliable performance and high control accuracy.
6> Accurate synchronization of ground shaft transmission: Once the gearbox gear ratio is set, the strict proportional relationship between cage rotating speed and take-up speed remains constant throughout machine operations, ensuring precise synchronization and easy-to-operate electrical control system.
