1> High stranding speed: Leveraging the latest frame structure stranding cages, thick-wall seamless steel tube main shafts, cast iron gearboxes, precision-ground transmission gears, cast steel stranding drums, and iron capstans, this machine significantly enhances the rigidity of stranding cages, transmission strength, cage rotation speed, and production efficiency.
2> Synchronous function: With versatile cage configurations and the option to freely combine cages with different bobbins, the machine allows for synchronous piping to strand more wires, providing multifunctionality in one robust machine.
3> Single wire pre-former : Each cage is equipped with a single wire pre-former, ensuring smoothly compacted cross-section of stranded wires.
4> Convenient for overall auto loading: Featuring the latest side-bottom auto-loading device, this machine offers aesthetic appeal, easy maintenance, and significantly improved loading and unloading efficiency.
5> Excellent performance of separate motor transmission: The adoption of separate motor transmission, replacing traditional gearbox and ground shaft systems, simplifies the mechanical complexity, reduces maintenance difficulty, energy consumption, and noise. This system allows for continuously adjustable pitch, enhancing manufacturing technology. It uses imported PLC for comprehensive line command and coordination, along with imported touch-screen interfaces for real-time technical data display and adjustments. The imported motor speed regulator ensures reliable performance and high control accuracy.
6> Accurate synchronization of ground shaft transmission: Once the gearbox gear ratio is set, a strict proportional relationship between cage rotation speed and take-up speed is maintained, ensuring consistent stranding pitch during all operational phases-start, run, and stop.
