JL-630/6+12+18 High-Speed Cage Type Stranding Machine
1. Application:
This versatile machine is primarily designed to strand a variety of insulated wires. It is also adept at twisting copper and aluminum wires with back-twisting capabilities, and can be employed in the steel armoring of power cables.
2. Main Features:
1> 100% Back-Twist Stranding: Adopting a fully geared back-twist system to achieve 100% back-twist stranding.
2> High Stranding Speed: The stranding cages incorporate a gear back-twist mechanism, with the center main shaft made from seamless steel tubing, and large bearings at both ends. The gearbox, crafted from cast iron, features transmission gears that have undergone grinding treatment. The tracking capstan is also made of cast iron, with ground shaft and gearbox transmission replacing traditional chain connections. These design enhancements substantially increase the cage's rigidity, transmission system strength, and rotational speed, ensuring high productivity.
3> Accurate Synchronization of Ground Shaft Transmission:
Once the gearbox's gear ratio is set, the proportional relationship between cage rotation speed and haul-off speed remains fixed, ensuring the stranding pitch is consistent throughout production. This guarantees precise synchronization of each cage and simplifies the operation of the electrical control system.
