LHT450/13 Rods Breakdown Machine
1. Application: This state-of-the-art machine is designed to efficiently draw Ø 8.0 mm copper rods into Ø 1.2 - 4.0 mm single wires, complete with continuous annealing. It seamlessly integrates double bobbins or coiler type take-up machines for optimal performance.
2. Main Features: 1> Dual Position Pay-Off: Our advanced pay-off system allows for two operation positions, enhancing flexibility and efficiency.
2> Horizontal Structure: The main drawing machine boasts a horizontal design and dual motor driving system. This setup facilitates quick die changes and easy adjustments to the sliding ratio of the former die by setting the mechanical speed increase ratio between the final capstan and the former capstan.
3>Machine Body Iron Casting: The main body, crafted from tempered cast iron, ensures a rigid structure and effective vibration reduction, increasing the machine's durability and stability.
4> Long Service Life: Our transmission gears feature spiral gears processed by a gear grinding machine, with a maximum gear modulus of eight (m=8). This design results in lower noise levels and an extended service life.
5> Low Sliding Ratio: We've designed a low mechanical speed increase ratio for the drawing dies, maintaining an average sliding ratio of 1.4% and an average accumulated sliding ratio of about 1.2%.%, and the average accumulated sliding ratio is about 1.2%.
6> Equipped with Clutch: The high-speed capstan of the main drawing machine is equipped with a clutch to disconnect when producing larger sizes, thereby reducing operational costs.
7> D.C Annealing: The continuous annealing machines feature a horizontal structure, with optional annealing capabilities for versatile operation.
8> Advanced Electric Control System: Utilizing a digital driver and communication mode control, we employ PLC to command and coordinate the entire production line, while HMI allows for online technical data setting.
