1> High stranding speed: Utilizing the latest in frame structure technology, this machine features stranding cages crafted from thick-wall seamless steel tubes, a robust casting iron gearbox, precision-ground transmission gears, a durable casting steel stranding drum, and a casting iron capstan. These enhancements significantly bolster the rigidity of the stranding cages, the durability of the transmission system, the rotational speed of the cages, and overall production efficiency.
2> Synchronous function: Designed to meet diverse stranding requirements, the machine allows for the flexible combination of cages with different bobbins. Each cage can be equipped with a synchronous pipe to strand more wires, achieving a multifunctional capability within a single machine.
3> Single wire pre-former: Each cage is equipped with a single wire pre-former to ensure smooth and compact cross-sections of stranded conductors.
4> Convenient for overall auto loading: Featuring the latest side-bottom auto loading device, the machine is designed for aesthetic appeal, ease of maintenance, and significantly enhanced loading and unloading efficiency.
5> Excellent performance of separate motor transmission: This innovative design adopts separate motor transmission, replacing the traditional gearbox and ground shaft system. The simplified mechanical structure reduces maintenance complexity, energy consumption, and workshop noise. The separate motor transmission allows for continuously adjustable pitch, enhancing manufacturing technology. The system is managed by an imported PLC and features an imported touch-screen for real-time technical data display and adjustment. The imported motor speed regulator ensures reliable performance and high control accuracy.
6> Accurate synchronization of ground shaft transmission: With the gearbox gear ratio set, a strict proportional relationship between cage rotational speed and take-up speed is maintained. This ensures the stranding pitch remains constant during machine start-up, operation, and shut-down, guaranteeing precise synchronization for each cage and an easily operated electrical control system.
