1. Application:
The JLK series rigid frame stranding machine is meticulously designed for stranding copper or aluminum wires, whether round or sector compact conductors. Additionally, it excels in pre-twisting, compacting, and stranding sector conductors.
2. Main features:
1> High stranding speed: By adopting the newest frame structure stranding cages, a robust thick wall seamless steel tube main shaft, a precision casting iron gearbox, and transmission gears processed by grinding treatment, this machine boasts a casting steel stranding drum and a casting iron capstan. These components collectively enhance the rigidity of the stranding cages, the strength of the transmission system, the cage rotating speed, and overall production efficiency.
2> Synchronous function: Depending on the stranding requirements, cages with varying bobbins can be combined freely. Each cage can be equipped with a synchronous pipe to strand more wires, achieving multi-functionality in a single machine.
3> Single wire pre-former: Every cage is equipped with a single wire pre-former, which ensures the stranded wires are smoothly crossed and compacted.
4> Convenient overall auto loading: Featuring the latest side bottom auto loading device, this machine is not only aesthetically pleasing but also easy to maintain, significantly enhancing the efficiency of both loading and unloading operations.
5> Excellent separate motor transmission performance: By utilizing separate motor transmission instead of the traditional gearbox and ground shaft transmission, this machine simplifies the mechanical system and reduces maintenance difficulty, energy consumption, and workshop noise. The separate motor transmission allows for continuously adjustable pitch, improving manufacturing technology. It incorporates imported PLC for commanding and coordinating the entire line, with an imported touch-screen for displaying and setting technical data online. An imported motor speed regulator ensures reliable performance and high control accuracy.
6> Accurate synchronization of ground shaft transmission: Once the gearbox gear ratio is set, the strict proportional relation between the cage rotating speed and the take-up speed is fixed, ensuring that the stranding pitch remains constant during machine start-up, running, and stopping. This guarantees the accurate synchronization of each cage and an easily operated electrical control system.
