1. Application:
The JLK series rigid frame stranding machine is specifically designed for stranding copper or aluminum wires, whether round or sector compact conductors. Additionally, it is proficient in pre-twisting, compacting, and stranding sector conductors.
2. Main Features:
1> High Stranding Speed: By incorporating the latest frame structure stranding cages, a robust seamless steel tube main shaft, precision-cast iron gearboxes, finely ground transmission gears, casting steel stranding drums, and casting iron capstans, this machine significantly enhances the rigidity of the stranding cages, the strength of the transmission system, the cage rotating speed, and overall production efficiency.
2> Synchronous Function: Cages with different bobbin configurations can be freely combined to meet diverse stranding requirements. Each cage is equipped with a synchronous pipe for stranding multiple wires, achieving multi-functionality in a single machine.
3> Single Wire Pre-Former : Every cage is fitted with a single wire pre-former, ensuring smooth and compacted stranded wire cross-sections.
4> Convenient Overall Auto Loading: The latest side-bottom auto-loading device is not only aesthetically pleasing but also easy to maintain, significantly enhancing the efficiency of loading and unloading processes.
5> Excellent Performance of Separate Motor Transmission: The adoption of separate motor transmission, as opposed to traditional gearbox and ground shaft systems, simplifies the mechanical system, reduces maintenance complexity, energy consumption, and workshop noise. This design allows for continuous pitch adjustment, improving manufacturing technology. Utilizing imported PLCs for line coordination and touch-screen interfaces for online technical data adjustments, along with high-precision motor speed regulators, ensures reliable performance and control accuracy.
6> Accurate Synchronization of Ground Shaft Transmission: Once the gearbox gear ratio is set, a strict proportional relationship between the cage rotating speed and take-up speed is maintained, ensuring the stranding pitch remains consistent during machine operation. This guarantees accurate synchronization for each cage, facilitated by an easy-to-operate electrical control system.
