1. Application:
This versatile machine is primarily designed to strand various types of insulated wires. It can also twist copper and aluminum wires with back-twisting capability and is adept at creating steel armoring for power cables.
2. Main features:
1> 100% Back-Twist Stranding: Employing a fully geared back-twist mechanism, this machine achieves 100% back-twist stranding for impeccable precision.
2> High Stranding Speed: The stranding cages feature a robust gear back-twist system, a seamless steel tube main shaft, and large bearings at both ends. The iron-cast gearbox body, precision-ground transmission gears, and cast iron tracking capstan, coupled with a ground shaft and gearbox transmission (replacing chain connections), significantly enhance the rigidity of the stranding cages, the strength of the transmission system, and the rotation speed, ensuring high productivity.
3> Accurate Synchronization of Ground Shaft Transmission: Once the gearbox's gear ratio is set, the proportional relationship between cage rotation speed and haul-off speed is fixed, guaranteeing that the stranding pitch remains constant throughout production. This ensures precise synchronization of each cage and simplifies operation through the electrical control system.
