3. Features: 1> The cradle type bobbins pay-off stand and bobbins within the twisting cage are driven by individual motors. The bobbins, securely clamped by a bidirectional ejector needle, are easily loaded and unloaded with the aid of a movable bracket.
2> The bobbins in the twisting cage allow for pre-twisting, with the cable angle adjustable to meet specific production demands.
3> The unique back-twisting method employs a differential gear system, enabling the cradle type pay-off stand and twisting cage to operate with or without back-twisting, as required.
4> Utilizing ground axis and chain transmission, the 1+1 type cradle pay-off stand minimizes bow deformation when cables pass through, ensuring smooth and efficient transmission.
