High Speed JLK-500 Rigid Frame Stranding Machine
1. Application:
JLK series rigid frame stranding machine is designed for stranding copper or aluminum wires, round or sector compact conductors. It also excels in pre-twisting, compacting, and stranding of sector conductors.
2. Main features:
1> High stranding speed: Utilizing the latest frame structure stranding cages, a thick wall seamless steel tube main shaft, cast iron gearbox, transmission gears processed by grinding treatment, casting steel stranding drum, and cast iron capstan. These design elements significantly enhance the rigidity of stranding cages, the durability of the transmission system, the cage rotating speed, and overall production efficiency.
2> Synchronous function: Depending on various stranding requirements, cages with different bobbins can be combined freely. Each cage can be equipped with a synchronous pipe for stranding more wires, thus achieving multi-functionality in one machine.
3> Single wire pre-former: Each cage is equipped with a single wire pre-former, ensuring smooth and compacted cross-stranding.
4> Convenient for overall auto loading: Incorporating the latest side-bottom auto-loading device, this machine is not only aesthetically pleasing but also easy to maintain, significantly boosting loading and unloading efficiency.
5> Excellent performance of separate motor transmission: By adopting separate motor transmission instead of the traditional gearbox and ground shaft transmission, the machine simplifies the mechanical system, reduces maintenance difficulty, energy consumption, and workshop noise. The separate motor transmission allows for continuously adjustable pitch, enhancing manufacturing technology. It uses imported PLC to command and coordinate the entire line and an imported touch-screen to display and set technical data online. An imported motor speed regulator ensures reliable performance and high control accuracy.
6> Accurate synchronization of ground shaft transmission: Once the gearbox gear ratio is set, the strict proportional relationship between the cage rotating speed and the take-up speed is maintained, ensuring the stranding pitch remains unchanged during machine start-up, operation, and stoppage. This guarantees accurate synchronization of each cage and an easy-to-operate electrical control system.
