1. Application:

1> 100% Back-Twist Stranding: Incorporating a fully gear-driven back-twist mechanism, this system ensures a flawless 100% back-twist stranding process.
2> High Stranding Speed: Our stranding cages feature a gear back-twist design, complemented by a seamless steel tube for the center main shaft and robust bearings at both ends. The gearbox is crafted from iron cast, with its gears undergoing precision grinding treatment. The tracking capstan is made of cast iron, and the ground shaft along with the gearbox transmission replaces traditional chain connections. These advancements significantly enhance the rigidity of the stranding cages, the strength of the transmission system, and increase the cages' rotating speed, ensuring unmatched productivity.
3> Accurate Synchronization of Ground Shaft Transmission: Once the gearbox gear ratio is established, the proportional relationship between the cage's rotating speed and the haul-off speed remains constant. Consequently, the stranding pitch remains consistent throughout production, ensuring precise synchronization of each cage and facilitating easy operation through the electrical control system.
