 Aluminum Rod Breakdown Machine for Profile Wires Drawing

 

1. Application: This machine is mainly used to draw the Ø 9.5 mm Aluminum rods into Ø 1.7 - 4.8 mm single wire, adopting double bobbins or coiler type take-up machines.

2. Main features:

  1> Dual position pay-off: Aluminum rods pay-off can realize two operation position

  2> Horizontal structure: the main drawing machine adopting horizontal type designing and easy operating

  3> Individual driving for each capstan: each capstan driving by individual motor through gear boxes, power saving

  4> Machine body : Welded by steel plate and profile, with heat treatment.

  5> Fully immersing lubricant: this ensure the complete cooling and lubricant of wire and dies,

  6? Advanced electric control system: adopting PLC to command and coordinate the whole production line, applying HMI to set the technical date online.
