1250/1+1+3 Cradle Type Cable Stranding Machine
1. Applications: Our cage-type cabling machines are expertly designed for the production of 3-core, 4-core, and 5-core power cables, control cables, signal cables, and communication cables. These machines can strand round cables using back twisting or strand sector cables without back twisting. Additionally, you have the flexibility to choose between non-metal tapping or metal tapping.
2. Features: 1> Each cradle type bobbin pay-off stand and the bobbins within the twisting cage are driven by individual motors. The bobbins are securely clamped by an ejector needle and bidirectionally moved via a bracket, making loading and unloading seamless.
2> The bobbins within the twisting cage can be pre-twisted, and the cable angle can be adjusted to meet specific production requirements.
3> The back-twisting method used in the twisting cage employs a differential gear system. The cradle-type pay-off stand and twisting cage stand can operate with or without back twisting, providing versatile production options.
4> For the 1+1 type cradle pay-off stand, the ground axis and chain transmission system are utilized. This reduces deformation of the bow during cable passage, ensuring smooth operation.
