1250/1+1+3 Cradle type Cable Stranding Machine 

1.  Applications: cage type cabling machines are mainly used for 3 cores, 4 cores and 5 cores power cable,control cables, signal cables communication cables production, they can strand round cables by back twisting, and strand sector cables without back twisting, and can choose not-metal tapping or metal tapping.

2. Features:

 1> The cradle type bobbins pay-off stand and bobbins of the twisting cage are driven by individual motor, the bobbins clamped by the ejector needle by the bidirectional moving and a bracket used to load and unload the bobbins easily.
 2> The bobbins in the twisting cage can be pre-twisted and the angle of the cable can be adjustable according to the production request.
 3> The back-twisting method of the twisting cage is differ ential gear, the cradle type pay-off stand and the twisting cage stand can realized with back-twisting or without back-twisting.
 4> The ground axis and the chain transmission are used for the transmission for the 1+1 type cradle type pay-off stand, to reduce the deformation of the bow when passing cables.
