1> High Stranding Speed: Embracing the latest in frame structure innovations, our stranding cages incorporate a thick-wall seamless steel tube main shaft, cast iron gearbox, precision ground transmission gears, cast steel stranding drum, and cast iron capstan. These advanced design elements significantly boost the rigidity of the stranding cages, the durability of the transmission system, the rotational speed of the cages, and overall production efficiency.
2> Synchronous Function: Tailored for diverse stranding needs, the machine enables flexible combination of cages with varying bobbins. Each cage features a synchronous pipe, allowing for the simultaneous stranding of multiple wires, thereby enhancing the machine's multifunctionality.
3> Single Wire Pre-former: Each cage is equipped with a single wire pre-former, ensuring that the strands cross smoothly and compactly.
4> Convenient Auto Loading: Our modern side-bottom auto loading device not only offers aesthetic appeal but also simplifies maintenance and significantly boosts loading and unloading efficiency.
