3. Features: 1> Each bobbin in the cradle-type pay-off stand and twisting cage is driven by an individual motor. The bobbins are clamped securely by the ejector needle, which moves bidirectionally, facilitating easy loading and unloading.
2> The bobbins within the twisting cage can be pre-twisted, with the cable angle adjustable to meet specific production requirements.
3> Utilizing a differential gear for back-twisting, the cradle-type pay-off stand and twisting cage can be operated with or without back-twisting, offering versatile production capabilities.
4> The 1+1 type cradle-type pay-off stand employs a ground axis and chain transmission system, effectively minimizing bow deformation during cable passage.
