1. Application:
This advanced machine is primarily designed to strand various types of insulated wires. It is also adept at twisting copper wires and aluminum wires with precise back-twisting capability. Additionally, it excels in creating steel armoring for power cables, making it a versatile asset for the cable manufacturing industry.

2. Main Features:
1> 100% Back-Twist Stranding: Utilizing a fully geared back-twist mechanism, this machine achieves 100% back-twist stranding, ensuring superior cable quality.
2> High Stranding Speed: The stranding cages employ a gear back-twist system, while the central main shaft is constructed from seamless steel tubing. Featuring large bearings at both ends and an iron-cast gearbox body, the transmission gears are meticulously ground for optimal performance. The tracking capstan, made from cast iron, and the ground shaft with gearbox transmission, replacing traditional chain connections, significantly enhance the rigidity of the stranding cages, the robustness of the transmission system, and the rotational speed of the cages, ensuring exceptional productivity.
3> Accurate Synchronization of Ground Shaft Transmission: Once the gearbox gear ratio is set, the proportional relationship between the cage rotating speed and the haul-off speed is strictly maintained. This ensures that the stranding pitch remains consistent throughout production, providing precise synchronization of each cage and facilitating effortless operation within the electrical control system.
