2> High Stranding Speed: Equipped with gear back-twist cages and a seamless steel tube center main shaft featuring big-end bearings, this machine boasts an iron-cast gearbox with precision-ground gears and a cast iron tracking capstan. The transition from chain to ground shaft and gearbox transmission ensures heightened rigidity, robust transmission, and superior cage rotation speeds, significantly boosting productivity.
3> Accurate Synchronization of Ground Shaft Transmission: Once the gearbox gear ratio is set, the strict proportional relationship between cage rotation speed and haul-off speed is locked, ensuring an unaltered stranding pitch throughout production. This guarantees perfect synchronization of each cage and simplifies operation within the electrical control system.
