 1250/1+1+3 Cradle Type Stranding Machine for Power Cable1. Applications: Our cage type cabling machines excel in producing 3-core, 4-core, and 5-core power cables, control cables, signal cables, and communication cables. Designed for versatility, they efficiently strand round cables with back twisting and sector cables without back twisting. Optional non-metal or metal tapping enhances their adaptability.

2. Features: 1> The cradle type bobbins pay-off stand and twisting cage bobbins are each powered by individual motors. The bobbins are securely clamped by an ejector needle, facilitating easy loading and unloading with a bidirectional moving bracket.
2> The twisting cage allows for pre-twisting of bobbins with adjustable cable angles to meet specific production requirements.
3> The twisting cage utilizes a differential gear back-twisting method. The cradle type pay-off stand and the twisting cage can operate with or without back-twisting, ensuring flexibility.
4> Transmission in the 1+1 type cradle pay-off stand employs a ground axis and chain system, minimizing bow deformation during cable passage.
