1> High Stranding Speed: Our cutting-edge design incorporates the latest frame structure for stranding cages, a robust thick wall seamless steel tube main shaft, a high-durability casting iron gearbox, grinding-treated transmission gears, casting steel stranding drums, and casting iron capstans. These elements significantly bolster the rigidity of the stranding cages, the strength of the transmission system, the cage rotation speed, and the overall production efficiency.
2> Synchronous Function: Designed to cater to diverse stranding requirements, cages equipped with various bobbins can be freely combined, each featuring a synchronous pipe for additional wires. This design enables seamless multifunctional performance and adaptability.
3> Single Wire Pre-former: Each cage is equipped with a single wire pre-former, ensuring the stranded wires cross seamlessly and are compacted effectively for superior quality.
4> Convenient Overall Auto Loading: The latest side-bottom auto-loading device, designed for both aesthetic appeal and easy maintenance, greatly enhances the efficiency of loading and unloading operations, streamlining the workflow.
5> Excellent Separate Motor Transmission Performance: By replacing the traditional gearbox and ground shaft transmission, the separate motor transmission reduces machinery complexity, maintenance difficulties, energy consumption, and workshop noise. This innovative feature enables continuous pitch adjustment, enhancing manufacturing flexibility. The system uses an imported PLC for precise command and coordination alongside a touch-screen for real-time technical data display and configuration. 6> Accurate Synchronization of Ground Shaft Transmission: Once the gearbox gear ratio is set, a stringent proportional relationship between the cage rotating speed and the take-up speed is established.
