1. Application:
The JLK series rigid frame stranding machine excels in stranding copper or aluminum wires, both round and sector compact conductors. Additionally, it is adept at pre-twisting, compacting, and stranding sector conductors.
2. Main Features:
1> High Stranding Speed: Utilizes the newest frame structure with stranding cages, a thick-wall seamless steel tube main shaft, cast iron gearbox, transmission gears treated by grinding, cast steel stranding drum, and cast iron capstan. This design significantly boosts the rigidity of the stranding cages, the strength of the transmission system, the cage rotating speed, and overall production efficiency.
2> Synchronous Function: The machine allows for the combination of cages with different bobbins according to stranding requirements. Each cage can be equipped with a synchronous pipe to strand more wires, achieving multi-functionality with one machine.
3> Single Wire Pre-Former: Each cage is equipped with a single wire pre-former, ensuring the cross-section of the stranded wires is smooth and compact.
4> Convenient Overall Auto Loading: Features the latest side-bottom auto-loading device, which is aesthetically pleasing and easy to maintain, significantly increasing the efficiency of loading and unloading.
5> Excellent Performance of Separate Motor Transmission: Adopts separate motor transmission instead of the traditional gearbox and ground shaft transmission. This simplification reduces the complexity of the mechanical system, lowers maintenance difficulty, energy consumption, and workshop noise. The separate motor transmission allows for continuously adjustable pitch, enhancing manufacturing technology. Utilizes imported PLC for system command and coordination and an imported touch-screen for online technical data display and setting. Features an imported motor speed regulator with reliable performance and high control accuracy.
6> Accurate Synchronization of Ground Shaft Transmission: Once the gear ratio of the gearbox is set, the strict proportional relation between the cage rotating speed and the take-up speed is maintained. This ensures the stranding pitch remains unchanged during the starting, running, and stopping of machines, guaranteeing accurate synchronization of each cage and easing electrical control.
