These features collectively enhance the rigidity of the stranding cages, the strength of the transmission system, the cage rotating speed, and overall production efficiency.
2> Versatile Synchronous Function: Tailored to varying stranding requirements, cages equipped with different bobbins can be freely combined. Each cage can be fitted with a synchronous pipe to strand more wires, thus enabling multifunctionality in a single machine.
3> Single Wire Pre-former : Each cage is equipped with a single wire pre-former to ensure smooth and compact cross stranding.
