1> High stranding speed: By incorporating the latest frame structure stranding cages, a robust thick wall seamless steel tube main shaft, precision-cast iron gearbox, finely ground transmission gears, a steel stranding drum, and a cast iron capstan, this machine significantly boosts the rigidity of stranding cages, the strength of the transmission system, the rotational speed of the cage, and overall production efficiency.
2> Synchronous function: The machine offers remarkable flexibility with its freely combinable cages equipped with various bobbins, enabling synchronous operations. This versatility allows the machine to strand multiple wires simultaneously, enhancing its multifunctional capabilities.
3> Single wire pre-former : Each cage is equipped with a single wire pre-former, ensuring smooth and compacted cross-sections of the stranded wires.
4> Convenient for overall auto loading: The latest side bottom auto loading device enhances appearance and maintenance convenience, significantly improving the efficiency of loading and unloading processes.
5> Excellent performance of separate motor transmission: Utilizing a separate motor transmission instead of the traditional gearbox and ground shaft system simplifies the mechanical structure, reduces maintenance complexity, energy consumption, and workshop noise. The separate motor transmission allows for continuously adjustable pitch, thereby enhancing manufacturing technology. Additionally, the machine is equipped with an imported PLC for comprehensive line control and coordination, a touch-screen for real-time data display and settings, and an imported motor speed regulator for reliable performance and precise control.
