3. Features: 1> The cradle type bobbins pay-off stand and the bobbins of the twisting cage are each driven by individual motors. Bobbins are securely clamped by a bidirectional moving ejector needle and supported by a bracket for effortless loading and unloading.
2> The bobbins within the twisting cage allow for pre-twisting, and the cable angle can be adjusted to meet specific production requirements.
3> The back-twisting mechanism in the twisting cage employs a differential gear system. This, along with the cradle type pay-off stand, allows for both back-twisting and non-back-twisting operations.
4> The 1+1 type cradle pay-off stand uses ground axis and chain transmission to minimize bow deformation during cable passage.
