1. Application:
This stranding machine is expertly engineered to strand a variety of insulated wires. It is also adept at twisting copper and aluminum wires with back-twisting capabilities, and is furthermore used for creating steel armoring for power cables.

2. Main Features:
1> 100% Back-Twist Stranding: Utilizing a fully geared back-twist system, this machine achieves perfect 100% back-twist stranding, ensuring superior cable quality.
2> High Stranding Speed: The machine's stranding cages implement gear back-twist, and the center main shaft is crafted from seamless steel tube, supported by large bearings at both ends. With an iron-cast gearbox body and transmission gears refined through grinding, along with a tracking capstan made from cast iron, this design significantly enhances the rigidity of the stranding cages, the strength of the transmission system, and the cages' rotational speed, ultimately ensuring high productivity.
3> Accurate Synchronization of Ground Shaft Transmission: Once the gearbox gear ratio is set, the strict proportional relationship between the cage rotating speed and the haul-off speed is fixed. This ensures that the stranding pitch remains constant during production, facilitating accurate synchronization of each cage and simplifying operation through the electrical control system.
