3. Features: 1> Our cradle-type bobbins pay-off stand and twisting cage bobbins are each driven by individual motors, ensuring precision and efficiency. The bobbins are clamped securely by the ejector needle, with bidirectional movement and a bracket system to facilitate easy loading and unloading.
2> The bobbins within the twisting cage can be pre-twisted, and the cable angle is adjustable to meet specific production requirements, enhancing product versatility.
3> The back-twisting mechanism employs a differential gear system. Both the cradle-type pay-off stand and twisting cage stand can operate with or without back-twisting, offering unparalleled flexibility.
4> The ground axis and chain transmission system for the 1+1 type cradle pay-off stand reduce the bow deformation during cable passage, ensuring consistent and high-quality output.
