1. Application:
This advanced machine is primarily designed for stranding a variety of insulated wires. It can also be employed for twisting copper and aluminum wires with back-twisting functionality. 1> 100% Back-Twist Stranding: Utilizing a fully geared back-twist mechanism, this machine achieves flawless 100% back-twist stranding, ensuring high precision and quality.
2> High Stranding Speed: The stranding cages leverage a gear back-twist system, with a central main shaft made from seamless steel tubing, and large bearings at both ends for maximum durability. The gearbox body is crafted from cast iron, with transmission gears that undergo a grinding treatment. The tracking capstan is also cast iron, coupled with a ground shaft and gearbox transmission, eliminating the need for chain connections. These innovative designs significantly enhance the rigidity of the stranding cages, the robustness of the transmission system, and the rotation speed of the cages, ensuring superior productivity.
3> Accurate Synchronization of Ground Shaft Transmission: Once the gearbox gear ratio is set, the proportional relationship between the cage rotating speed and haul-off speed remains constant. This ensures that the stranding pitch remains unchanged during production, guaranteeing precise synchronization of each cage and facilitating straightforward operation within the electrical control system.
