JLK series The JLK series rigid frame stranding machine is meticulously designed for stranding copper or aluminum wires, as well as round or sector compact conductors. This versatile machine can also handle pre-twisting, compacting, and stranding of sector conductors with unparalleled efficiency.
2. Main Features:
1> High Stranding Speed: By incorporating the latest frame structure for stranding cages, a robust thick wall seamless steel tube main shaft, a high-durability casting iron gearbox, grinding-treated transmission gears, casting steel stranding drums, and casting iron capstans, our innovative design significantly enhances the rigidity of the stranding cages, the strength of the transmission system, the cage rotation speed, and overall production efficiency.
2> Synchronous Function: Tailored to meet diverse stranding requirements, cages equipped with various bobbins can be freely combined, each featuring a synchronous pipe to strand additional wires. This design enables the machine to perform multiple functions seamlessly.
3> Single Wire Pre-former: Each cage is outfitted with a single wire pre-former, ensuring the stranded wires cross smoothly and are compacted effectively.
4> Convenient Overall Auto Loading: The latest side-bottom auto-loading device, designed for aesthetic appeal and easy maintenance, significantly boosts the efficiency of loading and unloading operations.
5> Excellent Separate Motor Transmission Performance: Replacing the traditional gearbox and ground shaft transmission, the separate motor transmission simplifies the machinery's complexity and reduces maintenance difficulties, energy consumption, and workshop noise. This feature allows for continuous pitch adjustment, enhancing manufacturing technology. The system employs an imported PLC for command and coordination and a touch-screen for online technical data display and configuration. An imported motor speed regulator ensures reliable performance and high control accuracy.
6> Accurate Synchronization of Ground Shaft Transmission: Once the gearbox gear ratio is set, a strict proportional relationship between the cage rotating speed and the take-up speed is established. This ensures the stranding pitch remains consistent during machine start-up, operation, and shutdown, guaranteeing precise synchronization of each cage and facilitating easy operation of the electrical control system.
