1. Applications: Our advanced cage-type cabling machines are meticulously designed to handle the production of 3-core, 4-core, and 5-core power cables, control cables, signal cables, and communication cables. These versatile machines can strand round cables using back twisting or strand sector cables without back twisting. Additionally, you have the option to choose between non-metal or metal taping, tailored to your specific needs.

2. Features: 1> The cradle type bobbins pay-off stand and bobbins of the twisting cage are each powered by individual motors. Bobbins are securely clamped by ejector needles, and a bidirectionally moving bracket ensures effortless loading and unloading of bobbins.
2> The bobbins within the twisting cage can be pre-twisted, and the cable's angle can be precisely adjusted to meet production requirements.
3> Utilizing a differential gear for back-twisting, the cradle type pay-off stand and the twisting cage stand offer the flexibility to operate with or without back-twisting, based on your needs.
4> Employing a ground axis and chain transmission for the 1+1 type cradle pay-off stand, this design minimizes bow deformation during cable passage, ensuring a smoother operational flow.
