3. Features: 1> Each cradle type bobbins pay-off stand and twisting cage bobbin is powered by individual motors. The bobbins are clamped securely by an ejector needle, enabling bi-directional movement. The inclusion of a bracket ensures the easy loading and unloading of bobbins.
2> The bobbins within the twisting cage can be pre-twisted, with the cable angle adjustable to conform to specific production requirements.
3> Our twisting cage employs a differential gear back-twisting method. Both the cradle type pay-off stand and the twisting cage stand are capable of operating with or without back-twisting, offering unparalleled versatility.
4> The transmission for the 1+1 type cradle type pay-off stand utilizes a ground axis and chain transmission system, significantly reducing bow deformation during cable passage.
