Rigid Frame Copper/Aluminum Wire Stranding Machine
1. Application:
The rigid frame stranding machine is designed for stranding copper or aluminum wires, whether they be round or sector compact conductors. It is also highly versatile, capable of pre-twisting, compacting, and stranding sector conductors.
2. Main features:
1> High stranding speed: By adopting the latest frame structure stranding cages, a thick wall seamless steel tube main shaft, a cast iron gearbox, transmission gears treated by grinding, a cast steel stranding drum, and a cast iron capstan, this machine significantly enhances the rigidity of stranding cages, the strength of the transmission system, the cage rotating speed, and the overall production efficiency.
2> Synchronous function: Cages with different bobbins can be combined freely based on various stranding requirements, and each cage can be equipped with a synchronous pipe to strand more wires, thereby achieving multi-functionality in one machine.
3> Single wire pre-former : Each cage is equipped with a single wire pre-former to ensure the cross of stranded wires is smooth and compact.
4> Convenient for overall auto loading: Featuring the latest side bottom auto loading device, this machine is not only aesthetically pleasing but also easy to maintain, greatly enhancing the efficiency of loading and unloading.
5> Excellent performance of separate motor transmission: This machine uses separate motor transmission instead of the traditional gearbox and ground shaft transmission, simplifying the mechanical system and reducing maintenance difficulty, energy consumption, and workshop noise. The separate motor transmission allows for continuously adjustable pitch, improving manufacturing technology. It features an imported PLC for commanding and coordinating the entire line and an imported touch-screen for online display and setting of technical data. Additionally, the imported motor speed regulator boasts reliable performance and high control accuracy.
6> Accurate synchronization of ground shaft transmission: Once the gear ratio of the gearbox is set, the strict proportional relationship between the cage rotating speed and the take-up speed is fixed, maintaining the stranding pitch consistency throughout the starting, running, and stopping phases. This ensures accurate synchronization of each cage and an easily operated electrical control system.
