1. Application:
The JLK series rigid frame stranding machine is an innovative solution designed for stranding copper or aluminum wires, whether round or sector compact conductors. This versatile machine excels in pre-twisting, compacting, and stranding of sector conductors, providing unparalleled efficiency and precision.
2. Main features:
1> High stranding speed: By incorporating the latest frame structure stranding cages, a robust thick-wall seamless steel tube main shaft, precision-cast iron gearbox, and finely ground transmission gears, this machine significantly enhances the rigidity of stranding cages and the strength of the transmission system. The cage rotation speed and overall production efficiency are thus remarkably increased.
2> Synchronous function: Tailored to meet various stranding requirements, the machine features interchangeable cages with different bobbins that can combine freely. Each cage can be equipped with a synchronous pipe to strand more wires, enabling multi-functionality within a single machine.
3> Single wire pre-former: Each cage is equipped with a single wire pre-former that ensures the strands are smooth and compact, optimizing the conductor quality.
4> Convenient overall auto loading: The machine incorporates the latest side bottom auto-loading device, which not only boasts an aesthetically pleasing design but also simplifies maintenance. This feature significantly enhances the efficiency of loading and unloading operations.
5> Excellent performance of separate motor transmission: This advanced machine utilizes a separate motor transmission system, replacing the traditional gearbox and ground shaft transmission. This innovation simplifies the mechanical system, reduces maintenance complexity, lowers energy consumption, and minimizes workshop noise. The separate motor transmission allows for continuously adjustable pitch, enhancing manufacturing technology. An imported PLC coordinates the entire line, while an imported touch-screen interface displays and sets technical data online. Imported motor speed regulators ensure reliable performance and high control accuracy.
6> Accurate synchronization of ground shaft transmission: Once the gearbox gear ratio is set, a strict proportional relationship between the cage rotation speed and take-up speed is established. This ensures the stranding pitch remains consistent during machine start-up, operation, and shutdown, guaranteeing precise synchronization of each cage and simplifying the electrical control system operation.
