1> High stranding speed: By integrating the latest frame structure stranding cages, a robust thick-wall seamless steel tube main shaft, precision-engineered cast iron gearbox, and grinding-treated transmission gears, this machine significantly enhances the rigidity of stranding cages, the strength of the transmission system, cage rotation speed, and overall production efficiency.
2> Synchronous function: Tailored to meet diverse stranding requirements, cages with various bobbins can be freely combined. Each cage can be equipped with a synchronous pipe for stranding more wires, offering multifunctionality within a single machine.
3> Single wire pre-former: Each cage is fitted with a single wire pre-former, ensuring a smooth and compact cross-section of the stranded wire.
