1. Application:
The JLK series rigid frame stranding machine excels in stranding copper or aluminum wires, whether round or sector compact conductors. Versatility is key, as it also handles pre-twisting, compacting, and stranding of sector conductors with ease.
2. Main features:
1> High stranding speed: Our machine boasts the latest frame structure stranding cages, a robust seamless steel tube main shaft, a durable casting iron gearbox, precision-ground transmission gears, casting steel stranding drum, and sturdy casting iron capstan. These features collectively enhance the rigidity of stranding cages, the strength of the transmission system, the cage rotating speed, and overall production efficiency.
2> Synchronous function: With adaptable stranding requirements, cages with various bobbins can be combined freely. Each cage can be fitted with a synchronous pipe, allowing the machine to strand more wires and thus achieve multifunctionality.
3> Single wire pre-former : Each cage features a single wire pre-former, ensuring a smooth and compact cross-section of stranded wires.
4> Convenient for overall auto loading: The machine employs the latest side bottom auto-loading device, characterized by its pleasing appearance and easy maintenance. This innovation significantly boosts loading and unloading efficiency.
5> Excellent performance of separate motor transmission: Featuring separate motor transmission instead of traditional gearbox-ground shaft systems, this design simplifies the mechanical setup, reduces maintenance complexity, energy use, and noise. The separate motor transmission allows for continuous pitch adjustment, enhancing manufacturing technology. An imported PLC commands and coordinates the entire line, with an imported touch-screen for real-time data display and adjustment. The imported motor speed regulator guarantees reliable performance and high control accuracy.
6> Accurate synchronization of ground shaft transmission: Once the gearbox gear ratio is set, the fixed proportional relationship between the cage rotating speed and the take-up speed ensures that the stranding pitch remains consistent during machine start-up, operation, and shutdown. This guarantees accurate synchronization of each cage and simplifies the electrical control system operation.
