1250/1+1+3 Cradle Type Cabling/Stranding Machine
1. Applications: Cage type cabling machines are predominantly utilized for the production of 3-core, 4-core, and 5-core power cables, control cables, signal cables, and communication cables. These versatile machines can strand round cables with back twisting and strand sector cables without back twisting. Additionally, they offer the option for non-metallic or metallic tapping.
2. Features: 1> The cradle-type bobbins pay-off stand and the twisting cage bobbins are individually motor-driven. The bobbins are securely clamped by an ejector needle with bidirectional movement, and a bracket facilitates easy loading and unloading.
2> Twisting cage bobbins can be pre-twisted, and the cable angle is adjustable to meet specific production requirements.
3> The twisting cage utilizes a differential gear mechanism for back-twisting. The cradle-type pay-off stand and twisting cage stand can operate with or without back-twisting.
4> A ground axis and chain transmission system are employed in the 1+1 type cradle pay-off stand to minimize bow deformation during cable passage.
