Two/double Aluminum Rod Breakdown Machine Driven by Individual Motors

 

 

1. Application: This machine is mainly used to draw TWO Ø 1.7 - 5.0 mm wires from the Ø 9.5 mm Aluminum rods, adopting double bobbin take-up machine.

2. Main features:

  1> Drawing Two Wires at Same Time: Saving Space and labors
  2> Horizontal structure: the main drawing machine adopting horizontal type designing and easy operating
  3> Individual driving for each capstan: each capstan driving by individual motor through gear boxes, power saving
  4> Machine body : Welded by steel plate and profile, with heat treatment.
  5> Fully immersing lubricant: this ensure the complete cooling and lubricant of wire and dies,Advanced electric control system: adopting PLC to command and coordinate the whole production line, applying HMI to set the technical date online.
