13 Dies Copper Rods Breakdown Machine
1. Application: This machine is mainly used to draw the Ø 8.0 mm copper rods into Ø 1.2 - 4.0 mm single wire with continuous annealing, adopting double bobbins or coiler type take-up machines.
2. Main Features:
1> Dual position pay-off: copper rods pay-off can realize two operation position
2> Horizontal structure: the main drawing machine adopting horizontal type designing and dual motors driving, this design can realize quick die changing and easy sliding ratio changing of former die by setting the mechanical speed increase ratio between the final capstan and the former capstan.
3> Machine body iron casting: the main body is made of casting iron which processed by tempering treatment. This process technology made the machine body rigid and realized vibration reduction.
4> Long service life: the transmission gears adopting spiral gear which processed by gear grinding machine, the max. Modulus of gear is eight <m=8>, therefore the machine features low noise and long service life.
5> Low sliding ratio: designing a low mechanical speed increase ration of drawing dies, the average of sliding ration of multi-dies is 1%, and the average accumulated sliding ration is about 1.2%.
6> Equipped with clutch: the high speed capstan of main drawing machine is equipped with clutch, when produce the large sizes, the clutch can disconnect the high speed capstan, to reduce the cost.
7> D.C annealing: the continuous annealing machines adopting horizontal structure, with or without annealing is optional.
8> Advanced electric control system: adopting digital driver and communication mode control, using PLC to command and coordinate the whole production line, applying HMI to set the technical date online.
